Industrial Designs - General
An Industrial Design - or simply a design - is the ornamental or aesthetic aspect of an article produced by industry or handicraft. The design must be a 2-dimension or a 3-dimension drawing.
The registration of the design gives the owner exclusive use and exploitation for a period of ten (10) years. There is no renewal for this type of design.
